Our on site PA facility is available within the Central North West of England (click for map) providing a first class PA and general administration service to individual business people as well as small, medium or large businesses.

PA for the day is an ideal resource to compliment our Virtual PA Services.

Our on site PA can assist with all the duties as described in the Virtual PA Services section plus the following:

• A face to face personal service giving you the reassurance you may need
• Setting up presentation equipment and meeting rooms
• Offering a reception/enrolment service for workshops/training days
• Organising hospitality for meetings and working lunches
• Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow, and the organisation and storage of paperwork, documents and computer-based information

If you are just starting out in business, we can also provide help and assistance with

• Finding office premises that are suitable for your needs
• Dealing with filling in forms and providing administration assistance during set up
• Sourcing best price and service with suppliers e.g. stationery, telecoms, insurance etc whilst at all times keeping to a budget
• Designing simple and effective administration systems.
